Under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) we process personal data transparently and adhere to data minimization and security principles. This notice explains what we collect, why we process it, and your rights.
Migrolo Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. is the data controller for your personal data. Agreements with processors include security obligations under Article 12 of KVKK.
Our legal bases: explicit consent (marketing messages, optional cookies); establishing and performing a contract (registration, service delivery); legal obligation (billing, security records); legitimate interest (fraud prevention, product development).
Purpose categories: - Membership and identity verification - Consultant/employer matching - Application and document management - Security and fraud detection - Performance and product improvement - Legal reporting and audits
Data is deleted or anonymized once the processing purpose ends or legal retention periods expire. When an account deletion is requested, data is removed within 90 days except for legally required records (billing, disputes).
We share limited data with partners for hosting, analytics, email, and payments. When international transfer is needed, we obtain explicit consent or rely on adequacy/equivalent safeguards approved by the Authority.
We apply administrative and technical measures under Article 12 of KVKK: RBAC access control, encrypted transit/storage, signed access links, antivirus scanning, regular vulnerability testing, and employee confidentiality commitments.
Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK: request information, correction/update, deletion/anonymization, objection to processing, information about international transfers, and compensation for damages.
